UM Hockey at the Joe?

12/29 U of M is playing Hockey at the Joe Louis Arena. Im seeing tickets at $39 ea, but folks I work with say I should be able to find them for like $10-15..

anybody have any ideas?

Check StubHub...if tickets are going cheap, you'll find them there.

I have purchased tickets through StubHub before and never had a problem.

Bought my tickets to the Big Ten championship football game through StubHub, and they had a last minute service center set up in a hotel lobby near the arena. Very organized and well staffed.

(The last minute service center operated like StubHub's own "will call" window, for people who purchased their tickets too late to be shipped out.)

There is a pair of standing room only tickets for the Friday games currently available on StubHub for $15.

Doesn't look like there are a ton of marked down seats right now. You may find that there are cheaper tickets available as you get closer to the event.

However, the GLI usually draws a good crowd since both UM and Michigan State participate. (Michigan Tech too, of course, but they don't have as large a fan base.)
