I wonder if Romney will sell united state off for scrap like he did to 22% of the companies that Bain invested in them get the leverage them up with debt, and then sell them off for scrap..allowing Bain investors to walkaway with hugh profits while the companies in which Bain invested wound up in bankruptcy, laying off workers and reneging on benefits.. Like Worldwide Grinding Systems, went belly up after Bain invested in it.. The Company lost 750 jobs, but the federal government had to come in and bail out its pension fund... While Bain walked away with millions in profit..This is the man that the republicans are supporting... How stupid can they all be.. Oh well need I say more they voted bush jr, in twice...

Too bad this all occured after Romney left Bain in 1999. From there his remaining holdings had him as a silent partner which left him no say in how the firm invested and thus he had no say in how they made money.

Someone explained that to me, He was still the owner of Bain Capitol at the time and he had to sign the documents saying he was the sole owner of it till he sold his shares a couple years later. He was filing those forms because legally he had to. that does not mean he was running the company he had turned over the management and operations to his partners and was running the Olympics in Utah. I would be amazed if Obama knew that those forms had to be filed the way they were. It's pretty funny that you question documents as long as they are Romney's how about taking a gander at Obama's college transcripts.

College transcripts are not the same things as tax returns, and Obama's released over ten years of those while Romney has release like one or two. Which is odd, because when Romney was being checked out for McCain's VP, he handed over 20+ years of tax returns.

The point on car insurance is that I am not required to buy a car, so I am not required to buy insurance. The federal govt does not mandate I buy car insurance,it's a state thing. But in the case of the PPACA the federal govt is forcing me to either buy health care or pay a fine. Not at all like car insurance. And if I were to be uninsured and got in an accident I would be sued for everything I own by the person I hit.

It's true that you don't have to own a car. It's also true that you can go your entire life in the USA without a legal job, but if you actually take one, you have to pay into Social Security (or Railroad Retirement, one of the few exceptions to Social Security) and Medicare. So you're still required to pay for health care if you hold a job, regardless. And if you don't have a job, PPACA doesn't fine you for not being able to afford health care - if you make less than $9500 per year, you're exempt.

Don't like the prospect of paying PPACA penalty/tax? Don't have a job. You're not entitled to a job anyhow, unless suddenly the same Republicans who are all "FREE MARKET! CAPITALISM!" and bitch and yell about all regulations on business from EEO to OSHA to food safety regulations and building codes are going to claim Americans are actually entitled to jobs.
