noticed the property sold recently. Anyone know the intended use.

Which property is the Cadillac property?

It is a large property in downtown where Taylor Cadillac operated. It spanned a couple blocks. I did a little google research and found part of the property as 1415 Jefferson Ave. Further aeris research shows that parcel being transferred from Stephen Taylor to Lucas County Land Reutilization Corp, with a mailing address of One Gov Center. Transfer took place 12/29/11.

Really curious what is planned /

Looks like the Lucas County Land Reutilization Corp. (Land Bank) map on their site hasn't yet been updated with this property acquisition yet.

The resolution accepting the donation of this property can be found on page 58 of the December 2011 Land Bank meeting notes:
