There's a photo of the creep in the article:

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is asking for the public’s help in locating a convicted sex offender wanted on an outstanding warrant in Lucas County.

Donald LeMoine, 68, whose last known address is 1328 Conant St. in Maumee, is wanted for failure to register after a 1996 conviction for lewd or lascivious assault and sexual battery of a victim under 16 years of age.

After his failure to register, the Lucas County Sheriff issued a warrant for his arrest Oct. 18, 2011.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Donald LeMoine should contact the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) at 855-BCI-OHIO (855-224-6446).

FYI - it appears that his original convictions happened in Florida (Seminole County).

He's probably down the street at Hush Showgirls.

If someone started a vigilante group..similar to "to catch the predator." But no cameras, and when the perv shows up they kill him. I would support that group

This guy looks like a habitual re-offender.

The Orlando Sentinal has an article dated March 20, 1986 stating that he was ordered for treatment for "child sexual abuse disorder" after pleading guilty to molesting a girl from 1983-1984. (The girl would have been 13 at the time!)

He also had to serve a year of prison and 44 years of probation.

Orlando Sentinal Article 1986

Then he was convicted of a different offense in 1996 (as already linked above).

Scary that a predator like this has been living in Maumee recently, and can't be found.

If there's a case for locking anyone up and throwing away the key, it's someone like this.

(Or, of course, the solution that Omar mentioned above.)

Not to make light of the "sex-offender" label, but I think it needs to be changed. If you are 18 and have sex with a 17 year old, you are labeled a sex-offender for life and you also need to register where you live etc. I do not think that is the same as a molester of young children.
