Is Christiansen Out In November?

Since he got beat last night, does that mean he's out in November? I'm not sure how this works in TMC.

I don't think so. He had just got elected to another spot in November so he still has his day job.

Thank you SensorG. But, is he out as far as the Municipal Court is concerned? Reassigned to Small Claims court, hopefully.
