Toledo Edison Question

Anyone know how long it takes to get reimbursed from the electric company and if so in what form? I paid via debit card.

Reason I ask is that I had planned to move at the end of last month. Paid my deposit and had it set to be turned on the day I signed my lease. Well I called them that day (was a Friday) to cancel the order and they said the couldn't but could reschedule a disconnect for the following monday and I would be charged just the 3 days use and refunded the remaining amount which was my deposit. Well that was a month ago and no word and no refund on my debit card.

Mostly curious as I'm moving at the end of this month and will need to repay the deposit. Wish they would have just held it.

You should call them - my understanding is that refunds are checks they issue to you and that it should be about 10 days....

Slightly off-topic, INC but I'm curious where you ended up finding an apartment? I know several of us on here offered you some suggestions. You don't have disclose the specific apartment complex, just curious what end of town you ended up in :)

Went with a complex in Oregon since it's close to work and a lot of things I like (drive-in, maumee bay, pierson park, oregon branch library, etc)

But was very close to moving to the OWE. Talked with my girl about it, and still considering buying a house there in the next couple years. I just need to save save save. Every dollar I put down is 2 I don't have to spend later.
