Anybody have any info on when the Registry Bistro in the Secor Building plans to open? I'm excited for more upscale options like this to become available around downtown.

Yup, I just spoke to chef Erika yesterday. Pending a couple of permit issues this week, they start training in the next week for staff. SO... very very soon. :)

Ye Olde Cock and Bull on Huron will be opening soon.It seems that as soon as one place closes another one opens in the downtown area.

I think the openings have been outpacing the closings.
2012 closings: Jed's
2012 openings: Ye Olde Durty Bird, Ye Old Cock n Bull Tavern, Registry Bistro, Bleak House Coffee, Pat Giammarco's place (not sure of the name yet) across from Table Forty 4

Anything I'm missing?
