I would not have expected that amount to have been determined and donated yet. There is no question that this will be a media story when the accounting is done and the funds are released.

I don't know about money from the soft opening but I know they have donated 200,000 to Rossford plus another 12,750 for a new drug dog before they have even opened.

Have they donated anything to Toledo for TPD?

The casino held a soft opening Thursday, raising money for area charities. Today, General Manager Richard St. Jean presented the Boys and Girls Club and the Greater Toledo YMCA with a check for $150,000 each.

Not sure if they've donated anything to TPD or not. I know they donated that 200,000 plus 12,000 since Rossford will be first responders.

The 12,000 was for the drug dog and training. The RFD and RPD used some of that 200,000 for new radios for RFD and RPD, a new K-9 SUV, a cage for the SUV and some went towards another updated fire truck.
