Wow. When I see this kind of thing, part of me hopes that the people at the station are just having fun and mixing it up to see if people are playing attention. Somebody get this on Youtube ASAP.

I am assuming dude lost his license in the recent past. It is also possible that due to illiteracy he is unable to complete the written portion of the test, and thus might not qualify for a license.

Sadly, if COSI didn't close when it did, he would have been interested in science and continued his education. Now, he's just a bike riding idiot. Keep this from happening to other kids. Please vote for the levy. lol

Now Molsonator, you have no way of knowing that the trailer trash on TV is actually Ryan.
But the fellow's logic does follow Ryan's, doesn't it. And the accent, and Ryan's typos... well, no matter. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. Only HistoryMike knows for sure.
What I'd like to know is why, out of everyone here, HistoryMike is the only one who could provide a transcript of what meth-mouth was raving about. I listened several times and gave up.

HF--spot on and well done, sir.
Ironically, when I saw this I was reminded of the LAST (er...I mean, most recent)COSI levy and a channel 13 reporter was walking down my street BEGGING people to talk to him about it. I talked to him, but I wouldn't go on camera. I got a whole sob story about how hard it is to get people to comment on air.
That being said, this guy was obviously put in as some sort of joke, and for that, I thank you. (quick reference, hoping this guy ends up on Tosh.0...)
I think he should be a poster child for levy voting. Show him, then say, "This is what happens when children do not have a science museum or decent zoo to get interested in things other than video games."
It will win easily. After all, it's for the children.
