SHELBY, NC (WBTV) - Police in Shelby say they arrested a woman over the weekend after she squeezed a man's testicles out of his scrotum.
Joyce Maxine Gregory, 35, is charged with malicious castration and assault inflicting serious bodily injury, according to Shelby Police Chief Jeff Ledford.
Police say Gregory got into an argument with an older man Saturday morning. When he went outside to call 911 she followed him and grabbed his scrotum.
The man ran to a nearby rescue squad building for help.
Police were sent to the residence on Bowman Street to arrest Gregory. When she was placed in the patrol car, she pulled down her pants and urinated in the backseat.
Gregory's bond was set at $20,000.

I am certain there is, but in Ohio it's against the law for veterinarians to practice on humans. People, you know.
I would think this piece of offal would be charged with felonious assault.
Apparently in North Carolina, malicious castration is a Class C felony.

If any person, of malice aforethought, shall unlawfully castrate any other person, or cut off, maim or disfigure any of the privy members of any person, with intent to murder, maim, disfigure, disable or render impotent such person, the person so offending shall be punished as a Class C felon._

I suppose it's possible...I'm thinking along the lines of something medically necessary, like in the case of cancer? (Where there is still surgical consent involved, of course, and would probably be a life or death circumstance.)

As a man, how in the world did this woman grab and then remove his "manhood orbs"? I'm just thinking, did she do it through his jeans? Was he naked and swinging in the wind? One more reason to wear more supportive undergarments.
I'm not sure, but this woman might be part "hulk". To catch a guy, then proceed to grab his "orbs" so violently, that they were actually removed.
It doesn't make sense.
Besides, where is the follow up story about "orbs" being found in street?
