Sure, Toledo is flooded with what are called "sports bars".....but, to my knowledge, there really isn't a definitive "destination" sports bar for any single fanbase (closest thing is probably the Bdubs in Maumee), where sports truly do reign supreme and there is almost always an interested/lively crowd on hand. Meaning: these sports bars have sports on TV, but not really many people "into it". Is that a reflection of the duplicitous fandom in the area ? (Inidans/Tigers, Browns/ Lions, Buckeyes/Wolverines). The spattering of those fan bases spread out amoungst many many bars......leaves no one single bar (or couple of bars) that you can count for a lively atmosphere.

No: this is a reflection of the high levels of douchebaggery in the area. Roid-raging narcissists are too busy staring at themselves in mirrors and/or starting brawls than they are actually watching a sporting event.
