A new member has to wait one day to post a new topic or article to the home page.

From the New users section on the help page :

After activation, new user can post comments immediately. A new user must wait one day, however, before creating a new article. And a new user must wait three days before editing content created by someone else. This barrier is added to help deter spammers.

I would like to post a copy of Mayor Craig Stough's Proclamation as part of a comment on the Super Mayor thread. Have attempted to send it to you at your e-mail address, but it is rejected. How can I get it to you?

lew, try sending your e-mail again. The anti-spam features may be a little too strict on my e-mail account. I've lowered my shields, so your message should get through.
