Buckeye Bill Glitch Today - Heads up

Something went haywire today from what a rep told me during lunch. Looked at my account and saw Buckeye had almost doubled my monthly bill and then proceeded to charge me 3x around 9:50am.

Just a heads up, the are supposedly in the process of reversing but I know there are a lot of fellow Buckeye cable people here so make sure to check your account to see if you're affected and if so that it was corrected.

Yow! That's gonna hurt. Some banks will be slow to cooperate on any items that may have bounced due to Buckeye's screw up.

Every bill, however it is paid, should be carefully scrutinized each month. It is amazing the "mistakes" or "computer glitches" that find their way onto our bills.

I've had an ongoing battle with Buckeye Cable and the last 3 months I insisted I wanted "aggravation" money as a result. Took time to get to right person but the credit is still showing up.

My bill is made available about the 16th of each month. Is everyone on a similar cycle or is there a wide range of statement dates?

I just went out and checked and my balance is still $0, and the account isn't showing any changes or multiple billings.

My statement notification is e-mailed to me around the end of each month with the withdrawal from my bank account on the 18th of each month.

Our bill cycle ends on the 22nd of each month. We still get bill in mail and return payment the same way.
