Does anyone have any photos of the Days Inn off 75 by the Hollywood Casino when it was painted that horrid green color?

BTW justareviewer, I think it was the Hospitality Motor Inn/Lodge or something like that.

Yikes!

I don't think I ever saw it when it was green. But that color is horrid. Eek!

Thanks for the link, gamegrrl. It was interesting to see...in a retina-burning kind of way. ;)

The photo would be more accurate if the grounds were littered with beer cans and if you threw in a couple of gratuitous hookers and crackheads.

It looks like a place where pistachio's go to die.

I think that when I was a kid I ate at the restaurant. Was it called the Glass Pavillion?

I believe at one point this was called the "Hospitality Inn". You know, back in the day when they provided quality service, food and clean, bugless rooms.

Current owners are probably hoping for a corporate chain to purchase the site, bulldoze it (Let the critters and varmints scatter) and build a new hotel for casino business. That is if the site would meet current zoning regulations.

It was called The Hospitality Inn back in the late 60's early 70's

I remember that place! They had two dining rooms split with an elevated bandstand. We used to go there for dinner and dancing. It was a real nice place back then, but that was in the mid to late 1970s.

Maybe not so much these days.

Justread, it was indeed called the Glass Pavilion! I had forgotten about that. They had a Friday night seafood buffet, and a Wednesday night Hillbilly buffet. Whatever THAT is.
