Urban Exploration Photographer

I was talking with a friend from Leo Burnett who told me about this photographer Eric Holubow. www.ebow.org
I thought I would post this for OhioKimono.
(After making a joke about the frequency of some subjects I felt guilt ridden and offer this to her as an apology)

I'm waiting for someone to capture in photography all the Mexican food restaurants in the greater Toledo area.

holland: outside shots ok? If so that would be a fun weekend experiment.

Great site, but yet again the photos are all super edited to give them that look and feel. I recently did a blog post about editing and provided an example. I don't edit my shots:

I can see it as a coffee table book.

The difference - OhioKimono - might come in the feel of artwork vs. just urban documentation. Yes?

Mol - exactly. Right now, I really just want to document and show, not glamorize or change. Most urban decay photo sites, and books are VERY edited photos. It's okay to edit photos - but for a journalistic approach..I want to avoid editing to try and preserve the decay as it really is.

Outside shots would be perfect. But can it be done in a weekend?

Mexican Restaurants of Toledo, signature of urban decay.
Now that would make a good coffee table book.

OhioKimino, I'm glad you don't edit. I enjoy perusing your site and some of the photos you've taken are very high quality.
