Yes, jr, everyone in a hoodie is automatically a suspect and the local Block Watch wanna-be-a-cop should call 911 and give chase and force a confrontation. That doesn't turn out bad at all.

UPSO the war that seems to be expanding out of the North and East Side and entering the South Side.
In addition one of the drivers that got robbed in the south side last week has had enough and is moving to Findlay.
The good are being driven out by the bad.
