It looks like it is held at the Perrysburg Heights Comunity Association - right across from Levis Commons on Jefferson St.
Better not point out that there are latinos in that ad or the race police will be all over you.
Isn't that near where a woman was murdered a week or two ago?

Yes that is where that woman was murdered last week. It was on Broad St, which runs right through the center of the heights.
