I own a house in Sylvania, and it looks like I will be renting it out for the foreseeable future (I purchased in 2007 sadly). I don't live in Ohio any more, and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a property manager individual or company. I have been renting to some people I know for the past coupe of years, so have not needed a property manager, but they will be leaving themselves pretty soon.

I also would call around to all of the local real estate companies (ReMax, Danberry, etc.) and see if they have these services available.
