the economist eh? a little light reading... why not "foreign policy" magazine or maybe a little financial times ;)
well, they certainly seemed taken by bell's strategy and not bothered by his tangential policies and cronyism. i don't know that i have ever heard anyone in the administration explain their chinese offensive quite so cogently... and i am trying to figure if the administration created the back story for the magazine to fit the events and newly minted aspirations or if they were there all along
