jr - I (again) took the liberty of contacting Hurricane Electric regarding this site being down in the early am (5:45 ish) (Niles Winfield Harris from Hurricane said in three responding emails that it was a data base error.) I have no tech experience nor did want any tech details. Forgive me, please. I was just desperate for my morning ToledoTalk fix before I toddled off to work.
TT Server down for a time this morning.

I'm up and on the road around 3:30 - 4am most days and I sip my coffee while checking TT, it is down a couple of times a month with DB errors. I always figured JR was doing some sort of maintenance.
Thanks, holland.
The database problem occurs nearly every morning around 4:15 a.m. eastern time. It's not due to anything that I'm doing. I don't have a process scheduled in cron at that time. It's something HE.net is doing. Usually, the database is back up immediately, but sometimes, it's not restarted until I or someone else notices it and contacts HE.net.
I need to setup a check that monitors the database each day around 4:15 a.m. and then e-mail HE.net the results to support my complaint. But I only pay $10 a month to host the site, so I can't complain too much.
Thanks for bringing this up.
If worse comes to worse, you can always use the WayBack machine to peruse the site. :-)

I thought you were retired? Sold off all the convenience stores and living the good life in Panama or someplace.
