I know no one probably wants to hear about another Mexican food joint in Toledo, but... Has anyone else tried this? Its a bright yellow food truck most recently parked on Reynolds by Bancroft but I think is in other parts of town.
Grabbed a beef burrito for $4, wife had a rice bowl for $6 and my son had a hotdog. Burrito was decent, sloppily folded but tasted good. The ground beef had good seasoning and veggies were fresh. Not a bad choice for fast mexican options when on this side of of town.

The guy who own that truck lives just about 6 doors down from me on our street near there. I guess he's been in all sorts of restaurant businesses if I recall my brief conversation from a year or more ago. Sometimes sells out of his truck while holding a yard sale on random weekends. I've been on the fence about trying the food. Any more info you can give, Taliesin? Did it look clean and quality? Since you'll respond to this several hours later, did any of it come back to haunt you?

Not sure how much more info I can give, the wife picked the food up. They had tacos, nachos, burritos, tostadas, and rice bowls (and hot dogs for the kids). Everything was pretty reasonably priced and veggies were fresh. For the price we were happy with the food. My wife said the truck looked clean and in good order.
All in all I'd eat it again if I was looking for something fast and easy. Its at as good as Chipotle and worlds better than Taco Bell/Del Taco. Not as good as San Marcos.
