I'm trying to find a new pumplin farm this year to take the kids to. We usually go to the Fleitz Pumpkin Farm in Oregon. Anyone else know any cool places around the area?
Wheres the best pumpkin farm in the area?

I have gone to McQueens Orchard the last couple of years and gotten pumpkins, apples, cider and some baked goods. Kind of far from Oregon, though. Garden Rd. I try to go on the non-event weekends or during the week to avoid the crowd.

Gust Brothers Pumpkin Farm just across the border in Ottawa Lake is nice too. That's the one we tend to go to most often, because it's closest to Sylvania.
free to get in and do some things...http://www.fleitzpumpkinfarm.com/
good place, costs to get in but great http://www.countrylanetreefarm.com/fall.htm
Fleitz is always a #1 spot since I live so close. Other places I highly recommend is just across the border not far from the OH/MI border.

It's a nice Catholic family, they have a corn maze, TONs of pumpkins well priced, honey, pet farm with some you can pet, and other things that change year to year. If I had a lil one the bale maze looked cute.
On the way there is the another nice spot Erie Orchards. Love the apples and peaches.

If you normally waste the seed, I wouldn't get a Catholic pumpkin.

Sidowskis Farm Market on Airport Hwy west of Holland going towards Swanton. They also have some amazing gourds. However, with the drought this summer I'm wondering how anybody's squash or pumpkin fields fared.
We like Fleitz Pumpkin farm. They have awesome doughnuts. Better than the ones at Erie Orchards, IMO. :-)
