Can anyone lend any advice on finding a reputable bankruptcy attorney/firm for some advice on the subject? Thanks

Call Toledo Bar Association at 419-242-2000. That is a lawyer referral number. Tell them what you need and they will give you a name and number. There is no fee for a consultation regarding bankruptcy issues.

I would recommend Scott Ciolek. While I haven't had to file for bankruptcy, he represents pretty much everyone in my family as well as my business. He's a great guy and full of personality.
