Source for Black Willow - Salix nigra - Cuttings

I'm hoping to find anyone that has, or knows of, a large Black Willow shrub/tree from which I could take 4-6' whip cuttings. Black Willow is Salix nigra, an Ohio native. This is for a local, stream reforestation project.
