Where to buy Dry Ice?

Wanting to get some dry ice for halloween! Any idea where to get some?
Someone told me they thought they saw a container at a Meijer near the checkouts?

Thanks for the help.

Just get regular ice and use your hair dryer.

Hey I know this one. There is only one place in town to buy dry ice (at least that is what I found after looking everywhere) - it is on Detroit ave near Inkys. Let me see if I can find the info.

It also has to be handled in a specific way so I would guess "no" on the Meier thing.

Carbonic Enterprises Dry Ice
(419) 476-8811

Although there are other places listed in a search - they no longer carry it. It was like $5 for a small block - take a cooler. Also, putting it in your freezer doesn't work as it needs to be colder than that. Thus 24 hr shelf life.

Actually the meijer in Perrysburg sold it the last time I was in there a few weeks ago.

Yep, Meijer does have it - at least at the Alexis Rd. store. It's at the front of the store (in front of the checkouts) towards the east entrance/exit.

Now, what kind of a container it may be in I have no clue - so it may or may not suit your needs.

I bought a fog machine years ago and can fill my yard with a nice thick white soup.
