Cheap carving pumpkins

Anyone know anywhere to buy some cheap carving pumpkins? I just checked out Andersons, Walmart and Monettes and they were all too much if you ask me. Looking to spend no more than $3 per.

Thanks

I would try one of the local pumpkin farms.

We bought ours at Gust Brothers, and the prices were very reasonable.

Can't remember exactly what my carving pumpkins were, but I spent $20 total the day we went there. That included 3 carving pumpkins, 2 pie pumpkins, 3 tickets for the hayride, and a donut/cider for each of my kids.

I'm pretty sure most of the farms are cheaper than a store.

Erie Farms I hear are pretty cheap, go north on Telegraph to Erie rd, left down about 3/4 mile, there is also Trabbick farms but they are way over priced, thats about it in my area that I know of.

We just got some great ones at Fleitz Pumpkin Farm on Seaman Rd. in Oregon. $4 each.
