Public transit only represents all the problems that people moved to Perrysburg to avoid.

Here's a perfect opportunity for an entrepreneur to start a business hauling the 30-40 daily customers who would use the service. Or the opportunity for the 30-40 people themselves to work together to provide transportation for themselves. Pool money, borrow, get SBA loans, buy the vehicle and do it for yourselves.

You Can't Fix Stupid.

Personally, I think such a person should be judicially adjudicated as being mentally incompetent, and then, since they clearly don't want government money being spent, thus be declared ineligible for any sort of taxpayer-funded assistance, including Social Security, Medicare/Medicaid, and any charity that gets government money in any form.
