Does anybody remember Lincs cafeteria? Mt grandparents would take us there when we were little. I have fond memories of the pumpkin rolls and the many other delicacies such as swiss steak and meatloaf. The ladies who worked there were very friendly.. Does anybody have the recipe for the pumpkin rolls?

This is interesting but not very informative: http://www.whatwasthere.com/browse.aspx#!/ll/41.677748,-83.594655/id/18056/info/details/zoom/14/
Also interesting, Henry Linck owned 4E, another place I enjoyed in teh early 90's. http://www.manta.com/g/mm7k22m/henry-g-linck
Great place in the Colony for a young family to eat out on a Sunday. Later it became a great place for the older crowd to eat. Have no recipes but very fond memories.
My family would always go to Linck's or 4-E every Christmas Eve and then on to a movie at the Colony. Linck's had the best baked chicken and fruit pies. 4-E had a wonderful hot roast beef sandwich and fries.
^^^ What Elva said about the baked chicken. Mmmmm!
I used to go there with my mom when I was a little girl. It was always a treat!
