As a true aficionado of tubular meats, I was happy to discover another local source. Anyone have any experience with Jasinski Sausage? Looks like you can buy online at http://jasinskisausage.com/ or at Monnette's.

I tried a pound, frozen, purchased from Monnette's. It was good. The only reason I won't buy more is because we really, really love the Kolbacz from Takacs Meats on the east side.
