Abandoned Star wars set I just ran across today, oddly enough. Perhaps this would have benefited from a thoughtful photographer, anyhoo, it's pretty odd and somewhat related.
That link didn't work, apologies-just copy and paste the link-I actually DO know how to work these stupid things, maybe I didn't let it warm up enough.... (jk)
Didn't some guy build a 1:1 scale Millennium Falcon in his back yard?
not to hijack the thread-but, yeah
Let's see if I figured out the link thing...
1. Just paste in the URL by itself, and it will be converted to a link.
"The Full Scale Millennium Falcon Project":http://fullscalefalcon.com/
2. If you wish to create text that is the link, then put the text within the double-quotes followed by the colon punctuation mark and then the URL. Example:
3. If you use the little link button, make sure to add the link text within the double quotes.
Above, your code had this, which is missing the link text within the double quotes.
Either post only the URL plain, or add text within the double quotes like this:"People Are Living in an Abandoned 'Star Wars' Movie Set":http://www.wrif.com/mancave/2013/02/07/people-are-living-in-an-abandoned-star-wars-movie-set-video#.URT5HaXBc4K
4. Since most URLs are "friendly" because they contain the title of the article within the URL, just posting the URL by itself is usually good enough.
The full scale Millennium Falcon project is amazing. Thanks for the link.
thanks jr-I guess I'm used to the (formerly) glitchy Blogger interface-you've got it dialed in, I just over thought it. As @endcycle can attest-I REALLY do know my way around a computer and the internet.
I read the title and was thinking that a NY Island had abandoned porn. My head was trying to grasp why they would do that :)
Then I read the threads...
