Noticed faster downloads earlier this week. Looks like my 25/1.5 package is now 30/3. I checked with some friends on the same plan and they all confirmed similar results, so this is looking like it wasn't just a temporary mistake on Buckeye's part.

Downstream isn't a huge increase but I'll take it. Upstream is what really surprises me. You used to need to go all the way to the 60/3 package to get 3 up. I personally feel 1/10 of down is minimum and Buckeye had been pretty stingy here, nice to see that change. Anyone else on any other plans notice an increase?
My 15.0 MBPS service is running faster, too:
Download Speed: 21464 kbps (2683 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 2233 kbps (279.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
My 15 is now 20. There is an ad in todays Blade telling about the change and how you might have to reset you modem when it is upgraded.
Confirming my 25/1.5 is now 30/3 after a router reset using Buckeye's speed test immediately before/after the reset.
Looks like Buckeye has updated their pricing page. Though they don't mention the increase in upstream. Also, at least according to this, the 60 and 110 packages didn't get anything!

Looks like upstream is mentioned on a different page, still the 110 package got nothing and the 60 got the upstream to go from 3 to 5.
