This is likely an extreme example of what's been happening in Ohio. BUT....the pay, BONUSES!!, and not to mention Cadillac benefit packages these administrators are getting have sky rocketed. How does this happen, during recessionary times? They are paid with public dollars....the same public who (generally) have fave wage stagnation (or cuts) and huge benefit cuts. What is going on here? I encourage you to dig into what is being paid to not only your district's Superintendent, but also what the directors are making.
