I just searched and didn't find any reference to this. Is anyone else getting these 'urgent matter' calls? I googled them finally, after 4 calls, and found it's a scam. They are a bogus collection agency that will try to get you to pay an old debt, sometimes one you already paid so it kinda sounds legit (got to wonder where they are getting THAT info), without any proof you owe it. Do NOT call them back. Google them and see what I'm talking about. It's amazing this shit has been going on since at least 2009. Just passing it along.

Thanks for the heads up. I haven't received any calls from them, but will keep them on my radar.
I got a call from a collection agency that told me I had a law suit filed against me for 1,000 and if I didn't pay it today that they would call the police and have me arrested. I told them I was recording the call and that it was going to my lawyer, silence and then they hung up. Haven't heard from them since :)

I got a call three months ago from someone claiming to represent a creditor, and they tried to ding me for $2,132.41. I told them my attorney was Johnny the Hammer, and they sent me an apology and a McDonald's gift certificate for a free happy meal.
