What do those shoes hanging on power lines mean?

Drug dealers and gang bangers are really intelligent aren't they? With all their signs and such. I think the country should somehow attract all gangmembers to attend some type of event that would lure them to attend...and then when you get about a million of them in one spot....drop a bomb on them.

I wouldn't get worked up about this, and I would tell the Extreme Makeover folks to quit repeating urban legends.

I did see a pretty good pair of sneakers hanging near sylvania. They looked about my size and I thought about trying to get them down. I guess I'll write Ty Pennington and see if he'll come out and get them for me since his show was giving out bad information.
