Karen Shanahan, district 2 Toledo City Council candidate, has on her blog a link to a Google spreadsheet Web page that lists the City of Toledo properties for sale as of December 2006. This is a nice use of Web-based apps like Google Docs. Way to go Karen or whoever put this together.
The spreadsheet lists 834 Toledo properties for sale.
Jun 16, 2007: used the data in the spreadsheet to get longitude and latitude coordinates for the properties via geocoder.us, and dumped the info into a database table to create a Google maps mashup that's available at http://toledotalk.com/property .
