Wondering if there are any TT"s out there that have any troubleshooting experience with gas furnaces. The blower motor went out on mine over the summer and I had it replaced so the Central AC would cool the house. Worked great. Now that it is becoming heating season, I have noticed over the last couple of days that the heat won't go above 61 degrees according to my thermostat. Doesn't matter how high I set the temp, it stays right around 61. Additionally, the heat coming from the vents is lukewarm at best and barely seems to be moving.
Since the heat won't get past 61, the furnace seems to stay running all the time. I hear the gas ignite and the motor kick in but hardly any heat. I changed to filter the other day and made sure that is installed correctly. I'm stumped. Any ideas?
