There appears to be quite a few chefs in the mix on this branding effort to figure out who and what we are here in Toledo, Ohio. It has also taken quite a bit of time and no small expenditure of funds to arrive at the beginning of the circle. The caliber has not yet achieved that of Ted Wolfram, Don Baker, Martin Frankel, but with some more time it is headed in that direction and not quickly since 2009. Give everyone in the city back $2 and have them buy a cup of coffee.
