I have 9000 miles US Airways, 25,000 miles with Lufthansa, and 30,000 miles with Delta. What can I do with that? I think I can use them together since they are all Star Alliance members. Any suggestions?

The only miles you might be able to use together are for USAirways and Lufthansa as they are in the Star Alliance (not totally sure if you can combine). But, you'd better do it quickly as USAirways is moving to Oneworld March 31st as part of the merger with American Airlines. Delta is a part of Sky Team. Realistically, 30,000 miles on Delta is enough for one domestic round trip ticket, but it's tough with that amount of mileage anymore. If you leave your USAirways miles alone, it will be transferred over to AAdvantage when they merge.
Delta is not a Star Alliance member, they're SkyTeam
But to give you an idea... my sister is in town with no car and I used 47,000 of my Delta SkyMiles to rent her an economy vehicle for 11 days from Budget.
As far as I know, even though they are in the same alliance (US & Lufthansa) you can't combine miles. Which, due to the type of program they run, makes those 9,000 hard to spend right now. You can always look at buying other things with them or donating them. I'm not sure if they have some sort of online store you can spend points on like Southwest and others have.
