About the King Wamba Carnival Parade :
The King Wamba Carnival Parade showcases the cultural and ethnic diversity unique to Toledo’s Old West End Neighborhood. Individuals representing at least six states are expected to journey to Toledo, to create a visual odyssey of art cars, floats, performance art and musical presentations.
The grand finale will be a procession carrying our 2008 King Wamba and Queen Sancha, Dustin and Jemma Hostetler. At noon, join us at the Main Festival Stage for the King Wamba and Queen Sancha Coronation Ceremony and a special presentation from Toledo Mayor Carty Finkbeiner.I believe a couple Toledo Talkers will be the King and Queen. Dustin is upso, and Jemma is jhostetler.
