Most of the Buckeye channels are not working in the Point, and when you call their phone number, it does not work either. Internet seems OK

All the HD channels are out, the non HD versions still work
We just noticed that too. Buckeye isn't answering their phones either. You just get an error message.
I want another credit of .24 cents on my bill !!!!!
Some of the switched digital HD channels work, until I switched away from Bloomberg/629 I hadn't noticed any problem. Most of my other HD channels are out...
I'd call and ask for a credit, but they'd be forced to increase everybody else's rates to cover the unbudgeted expense.
I had non HD channels and now they are out...there went my DVR programming for tonight...
I haven't had cable in over a year. We do antena, Netflix and hulu plus. Both are working great through Buckeye Express at the moment.
for those with cable ...

We were having problems with the HD channels in Sylvania too.
Annoying, but this is the first real problem we've ever experienced with our cable in the 10 years we have been customers.
We tried DirecTV once and had multiple problems with the service. Bad enough that they even sent us 3 free service calls in the span of our 1 year as customers, and it still didn't help. Went back to Buckeye as soon as our 1 year contract with them was up.
(My in-laws have good luck with DirecTV though. I don't know what the issue was with us, but none of their service people could fix it.)
No issues at any time this evening in West Toledo.
We lost the History channel (25) and a few others that we never watch, but the important channels were still active. There were a few problems with VOD services, but no more than I'd expect from Buckeye Cable.
There were 4 Buckeye trucks in Sofo's parking lot at 6 p.m. tonight. Looked like a conference!
no trouble with cable tv today but wifi has been very unstable... anyone else ?
Looks like no phone or internet for most 43614 and 43615 this morning for Buckeye users per their automated message this morning when I called.
Looks like Buckeye (at least internet) is out again this morning. It's getting old fast...
I was having trouble with my HBO channels, finally cancelled it yesterday. That plus my 12 cents WNWO credit will go in my 401K
As much as we enjoy the flexibility of Buckeye's Media Gateway system, we're getting real tired of having to re-boot the "main" unit and/or the individual boxes on a much too regular basis.
I've had Buckeye out. They ran numerous diagnostics and couldn't find anything wrong - tried to blame it on my home network.
Um, dude, it's your box creating my home network.........next excuse please............
So, the tech suggested we re-boot the main unit at least weekly - which we do but that hasn't resolved the issue either. It has truly become a PITA - especially for the monthly sum I'm handing over.
Making me take yet another hard look at cutting the cord.
I'm having problems here in south Toledo, too. In the last week, the picture freezes up on several channels for a couple of hours. Very frustrating when you're in the middle of a movie. Not sure what's going on. We've not had problems like this before. I called Buckeye and the lines were busy, according to a recording. I agree with Foodie. It's making me take another look at finding something else.
