Used Kayaks

anyone know of a place to buy used kayaks-looking for a couple of entry level kayaks (read:cheap) to potentially start a new activity. Other than the obvious Craigslist, etc, where else should I look? Anyone have any insight?

Thanks TT

Have you tried Play It Again Sports on Monroe St?

I was looking for used kayaks a couple months ago. After assessing the prices of them I got a new one for about the same price as a used one. Got mine at Dunham sports in BG for 180. The have a really nice selection. Hope this helps and happy kayaking!

Looks like Costco has a $350 sit-upon kayak (i.e. no squeezing into the inside, maybe more versatile than a regulation kayak). If you're not a member, you can still look at the website and decide whether joining would be worth it to you or not.
