What to Show Visitors on a Summer Monday?

Company's coming ... if they were here any other day but Monday, I'd take them to the art museum. Any suggestions for middle-aged & older visitors, reasonably active?

I looked for the older thread on this topic; if anyone can give it a boost I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Toledo Botanical Garden
Ft Meigs
Maumee Bay State Park

If raining - check out the Maumee antique mall. It is huge.

There's always the old standbys like the Zoo, a boat ride on the Sandpiper, a Mudhens game if they are playing, a tour of the manor house at Wildwood or the Butterfly house in Whitehouse. You also have to have lunch/dinner at one of our good local restaurants.

A Mexican restaurant of course! Some visitors of mine have enjoyed a stroll downtown along the river, then maybe patio dining across the river at Int'l Park or the new Maritime museum.

I 100% second the Botanical Garden. It's going to be warm but it's absolutely gorgeous this time of year and a great thing to show off to out of towners. You could go in the afternoon and then grab some dinner at Mac & Tongs! Looks like they are open on monday:

Put in Bay or Kelley's Island. Especially on a nice day...either is fantastic and somewhat unique for visitors.
