I keep losing phone service from Buckeye. It goes out for 10 or 20 minutes then will reconnect on it's own, today is the third day in a row. It will happen several times a month, then is ok for sometimes a year. Have had this probelm since they installed it 4 years ago, they were here 2 hours trying to get it to work, they use 4 modems before it would connect.
Anyone else in the Rossford area, or anywhere, have this problem?

Had the same issue several years ago. We have the VIP bundle but only our phone was affected. One time, it was out for a week solid but, most of the time, behaved like your experience. It took Buckeye a long time but they finally figured out what it was. Some POS in the neighborhood was stealing cable. His illegal connection was backfeeding (my highly technical term) a signal into the system that was affecting only the frequency that the phone service used leaving the cable and Internet unaffected. Once they disconnected the jacka$$ (and hopefully prosecuted him), all was well and has been ever since. Might be worth mentioning to Buckeye. Good luck.
