Darn! I can't... Mitch Ryder! Also a big fan of Mark Farner - lead vocals/guitar for Grand Funk. If you go, please regale us with your experience!

It looked like they were getting quite a crowd. I live near that area, and we passed by on our way to run some errands. Hope everyone has a great time!

It was a fun concert - by far the best Happy Together Concert that I have seen thus far.

Each of the sets were 1/2 hour.

Gary Lewis opened with 8 of the songs that he and the Playboys made famous in the 60's. He was the weakest of all the acts tonight but was still fun to see and hear.

Mitch Ryder was next and did a very good job, finishing his set with a rousing rendition of Devil With a Blue Dress that had the crowd on their feet.

Mark Farner, Lead guitarist and singer for Grand Funk Railroad was the third, and by far the best, act of the night. It's hard to believe that he is just a year past getting a pacemaker. He had a high energy, and exciting set that had the crowd up and giving quite a few standing ovations. To say that he was outstanding really doesn't do him justice!!!

Chuck Negron from Three Dog Night did the 4th set and was well received by the crowd.

The always entertaining Flo and Eddie (The Turtles) closed the show and didn't disappoint! They were energetic and fun!!!

All in all it was a wonderful night!!!
