Small Town traffi rip-offs

Did ya know that in Ohio the law for posted speed signs and location of the "Cop"registering your speed says" "There has to be a sign saying "reduced speed ahead" or 35 or 25 speed ahead and it can not be followed by a posted speed any closer than "500 feet" from the reduced speed" sign. And the cop wheather state or local "CAN NOT" be any closer than "500 feet" from the second sign? and if their any closer it is a "illegal speed trap"

I saw a judge throw out 15 speeding tickets from Route 250, in huron county, by the state highway patrol because they were only 100 to 150 ft from the second sign.

now They can get you comming "out" of town, But I wonder sometimes if the local cop in Portage,OH on rt 25 south of Bowling Green is legal, by sitting at least 2/10 of a mile south of the only red light?? Is he clocking people still in the 25 zone or the increased 50mph sigh just after the red light? Because he'd have to be clocking "through" the 50mph zone where people are legally speeding up!

AND, radar picks out the biggest or fastest object, also at a 1/4 mile it can spread out 10-15 feet and even can clock stop signs moving from the wind and fire hydrants from the water moving inside of them, and the cop has to keep a record of when the radar unit was calibrated, "it should be each time he goes on duty"! or use's it
