OMG, it sounds like a bad science fiction movie.
Just once, wouldn't you like the opportunity to address the retards in congress that come up with this shit and say, "fuck off"!
I wonder if they aren't starting a hunt to identify and treat the millions of undiagnosed kids with developmental disorders like mild autism. They tend to underachieve, I wonder if they become criminals later as a result. The kids we use to call dumb, were probably just poisoned kids.
Probably MANY kids we used to think were retarded back up 'til about the 80s were really autistic. I'm still against this legislation, though.

It does sound like a terrible and unconstitutional intrusion into the private sanctity of family life. If only it could be properly done though. As a victim of child abuse ( both myself and my brother) I still carry the scars and wish anyone, anyone, had stepped in. Teachers and neighbors were aware. Of that Im certain.
Utterly nauseating. The Democrats will be all for it, of course.
