I upgraded my iPhone to Apples latest version only to learn my password keeper PW no longer opened and it is no longer available in the iTunes store. I have done inquiries to see if there is a way to go back to iOS version to recover the data with no luck. Are any of you TT people good with Apple products? I have also tried to track down the developer without success.

Youíre probably out of luck-Iíve got several apps that no longer work because of the new iOS.
If you need the passwords out of there, your best bet is to restore a back up with an old iOS, copy the passwords out or write them down and then find a new password application that works in the new iOS 11.
The Apple community support tells me that will not work. I thought the same thing, because I did back the phone up right before the upgrade. Although you just gave me an idea... i have an Apple work phone that literally has nothing on it I only use for email talking texting. I could try using that to get the information out of my computer.
I would recommend googling "downgrading from ios 11"
there are quite a few articles out there.
Assuming you backed up your phone on a regular basis, you should be good to go.
Only downside is if your app is no longer available in the app store, you could be facing bigger problems.
I have backed up regularly, I have googled going back to previous iOS too. Not sure it will work, I feel a little better about using my work phone that doesn't have anything on it to lose. I've been researching that too. Technology...great when it works.
