I am very excited about this project, especially with a developer with a proven track record downtown.
I have made the walk from the Heights/Brim House on 2-3 occasions down to the Blarney/Table 44 area at 10-11pm... that's a dark lonely walk!
This should serve as a good connection between the two along with the hotel and promenade park.
When is the city going to invest in proper lighting for downtown? Such an easy fix. Jesus, some of those main corridors are ridiculously dark. Improved lighting is Downtown Redevelopment 101.
