This seems like a good time to ask if anyone has been to Mancy's Ideal yet? My mother-in-law LOVED Revolution. We went every year on her birthday. She was crushed when she heard it was closed, even though I told her that I thought their chef was still involved. The reviews on Yelp are mixed, but honestly, I trust the reviews on Toledo Talk more anyway. I've been steered toward so many great food experiences thanks to this place.
So, any thoughts, good or bad? Thanks in advance!
Fleetwood's isn't participating?
My wife went to Ideal at work one day. She said the food was really good but the portions were tiny.
Registry Bistro is definitely the place to go if you can only go to one new place on the list though. The food is crazy good and the service is solid.
Bumping this back to the top since Restaurant Week started today!
Looking forward to going to some of my favorites and trying out some new places!! The menus look awesome.
We'll definitely be hitting up Sidon. It is my favorite Middle Eastern restaurant in town and the RW deals are pretty good.
The Middle East Market next door is, IMHO, the best in the area.
We went to Loma Linda's last night for RWT.
It reminded me that people go to Loma's for the drinks.
Very true. After a couple of their Margaritas, most don't give a rat's rump about their Tex-Mex sludge.
I'm hoping to hit Sebastiano's this week. Their offerings look to be among the best.
RWT is such a great idea for our community. We try out new places we might otherwise deem too expensive, and can feel good about donating to a good cause.
