Swing that wrecking ball !
http://www.toledoblade.com/news/2011/08/31/Panel-votes-to-raze-courthouse.html
Looks like the sphere of influence for The Blade now barely reaches One Government Center.
I wonder how many articles the Blade has printed since JR did the summary 3+ years ago? I ma so sick of reading about that nasty outdated eyesore.
As you can see from the above list, the Blade began its bizarre campaign to save the Seneca County courthouse in January 2007. For nearly five years now, the Blade has published hundreds of articles about the future of that old courthouse.
Obviously, I stopped tracking this ridiculous waste of journalistic time long ago, but the Blade did publish another story yesterday, Dec 20, 2011.

The people who want to save that building are not paying for it. It's easy to save the building when someone else covers the cost.
I don't understand the Blade's demented desire to save an old courthouse in Tiffin, Ohio from demolition.
Too bad the Blade does not use that same dogged style for real uses, like shaking down Toledo government, Lucas County government, and the Toledo public school system.
The wrecking ball is swinging!!! Or at least being dropped through the roof.
